He's still the man!

This weekend we had another disc dog competition in Fort Collins and Jeff and I were debating on whether or not to run Kipp. He had been doing well Saturday, and he woke up Sunday wanting to play. So I decided to run him, but Jeff would only run Rockstar this time. Kipp was soooo happy to be out and playing again I think he made the most of it!

We took home 3rd in the Intermediate Division! He went home with a bronze medal, a plaque, dog treats, a portable water bowl for dogs, and a frisbee. He also took home the honor of having the highest scoring round of the entire division! That's my boy!!

Rockstar also didn't do too shabby. She and I took home 2nd in Novice, barely beating out the third place team. Our scores were tied, but between the 2 teams we had the round with the highest score so we got 2nd! WooHoo!!! She went home with a silver medal, a plaque, dog treats, a bag of dog food, a portable water bowl for doggies, and a frisbee.
She also took 4th with Jeff who was just barely nudged out of placing! Which means he almost beat me so I better step up and get to practicing!!

**Pictures to come later with the dogs and their prizes. The batteries are dead in my camera and it seems like they take forever to charge. But I will post them and also some pics of what we did to keep Kipp from licking his foot....He he he. :)

Congrats! Sounds like a great day. So glad Kipp isn't as bothered by his nail.

Now what are you going to do with all those portable water bowls?

Kipp says Thank You!! His nail still does bother him, but not as much as it used to. He is going to the vet tomorrow, where I'm pretty sure they will be taking it off.

Who knows what to do with all the portable bowls. They're pretty neat though, I've never seen them before. They actually come with water in them!
